Toora, Loora, Loora

Toora, loora, loora
Toora, loora, li
Toora, loora, loora
Hush, now, don't you cry
Ah,
Toora, loora, loora
Toora, loora, li
Toora, loora, loora
It's an Irish lullaby

Over in Killarney, many years ago
My mother sang this song to me in tones so sweet and low
Just a simple little ditty in her good old Irish way
And I'd give the world if she could sing that song to me this day

Toora, loora, loora
Toora, loora, li
Toora, loora, loora
Hush, now, don't you cry
Ah,
Toora, loora, loora
Toora, loora, li
Toora, loora, loora
It's an Irish lullaby

Hi, i was just wondering
because i haven't saw this
song once it's called rock me gently...
its a lullabye..
it goes like:

Rock me gently rock me slow,
rock me where the robins go..
rock the branch and rock
the bow rock the baby robins now.

Rock me gently rock me slow
rock me where the robins go
rock me up and rock me down
rock me off to sleepy town.

Rock me gently rock me slow
rock me where the robins go
rock me gently up the stairs
to cuddle with my teddy bear.
